This APPG existed between 2022 and 2024 as the India (Trade and Investment) APPG, when it was renamed to the India APPG.
To promote the strengthening of the bilateral relationship between the UK and India, focusing on trade and investment, education, sustainable development, culture, health, science and innovation, defence and security, and enhancing the relationship between both countries’ parliaments on a national and regional level, and promoting people-to-people links.
