The APPG is established to promote the growth and development of the industrial hemp sector in the United Kingdom. It seeks to bring together policymakers, industry representatives, investors, and other stakeholders to support legislative reform and create a conducive environment for the industrial hemp industry to flourish.

Note: All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal, cross-party groups formed by MPs and Members of the House of Lords who share a common interest in a particular policy area, region or country. APPGs have no official status within Parliament.
