amend the Localism Act 2011 to provide for automatic designation of sports facilities as Assets of Community Value; and for connected purposes.
The provisions of this legislation were substantially enacted in the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Schedule 31, Section 86C and 86G which required any "sporting asset of community value" to be recognised as an Asset of Community Value
