First Registered: 30/07/2015 • Last updated on: 24/01/2024

To give parliamentarians a greater understanding of the barriers faced by those with complex needs or dual diagnosis who may have to negotiate a number of issues (mental health, substance misuse issues) in their lives while often living in deprivation and lacking access to stable housing or meaningful daily activities.

Note: All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal, cross-party groups formed by MPs and Members of the House of Lords who share a common interest in a particular policy area, region or country. APPGs have no official status within Parliament.
