Revive: ensure that the business community is able to continue functioning during a pandemic. Review: ensure that businesses plan to develop and grow during a pandemic. Recommend: how commerce adapts in differing sectors and geographies, copes with pandemics, aligns and reviews practices to adopt 'best practice' in the UK .
