Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether Operation CABRIT is funded from the budget of the British Army.

The Net Additional Costs to the British Army, on Op CABRIT, are funded by His Majesty Treasury's (HMT) Special Reserve.

The costs of additional deployment and equipment sent to Estonia and Poland since Russia's invasion of Ukraine are captured under a separate financial arrangement with HMT.
