Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, who the current Carrier Enabled Power Projection programme director is; what experience they possess; and what proportion of their time is dedicated to the programme.

This role is fulfilled by the Carrier Strike Programme Director. The post is held by a full-time Royal Navy Captain, who has a background of working in both Carrier Enabled Power Projection and Carrier Strike areas and is fully qualified for the position.
