On 12 May 2020 (Official Report: Volume 676, Column 128) I announced the creation of a £6 million COVID-19 Impact Fund for the Armed Forces Charity Sector. This fund was administered by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and I am pleased to say the allocation was distributed through grants to more than 100 charities by early August 2020.
