Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what recent estimate he has made of the number of working days lost every year in England as a result of dental problems.

Data specifically on the number of working days lost in England as a result of dental problems is not held. Data on the number of working days lost to sickness absence as a result of Eye/ear/nose/mouth/dental problems in the UK is available in the following publication: Sickness absence in the UK labour market - Office for National Statistics.
