At the point that each mandatory interview is arranged, all Universal Credit claimants, including those with a health condition or disability, are verbally advised by their Work Coach of the proper procedure if they cannot attend any appointment at the Jobcentre. This advice is also included in the notification of the appointment issued to the claimant.
