Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 13 September 2022 to Question 47358 on Military Bases: Sales, whether as part of the Defence Estate Optimisation Portfolio his Department sells land on the defence estate for its market value.

All Defence Estate Optimisation disposals have been sold at market value in accordance with Government and HM Treasury guidance on the management of public money.
