Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to page two of the Impact Assessment for the Childcare Payments Act 2014, if he will make an updated estimate of the number of families who will be better off under the new scheme once free childcare for working families is doubled to 30 hours per week from 2016.
