Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the previous Secretary of State’s announcement on Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) cases on 20 July 2022, when he will bring forward legislative proposals on SLAPPs.

I refer to my answer to the Hon. Member for Croydon North on 7 September, the Government is continuing to explore options in relation to SLAPPs.
