Better Regulation Executive: Public Appointments

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, when the Chair of the Better Regulation Executive will be appointed.
This question was answered on 3rd November 2026
The Better Regulation Executive will be a joint unit between HM Treasury and the Office for the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Per the Budget Document, a Chair will be appointed shortly.
