National Savings Bonds: Pensioners

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will make it his policy to introduce further Pensioner Bonds with a higher interest rate than is available commercially.

65+ Guaranteed Growth Bonds were a special issue aimed at helping pensioners who rely on their savings in retirement. There are currently no plans for a further issue.
