To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps her Department is taking to reduce waiting times for Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme appeals.

Available data on the operation of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) is published on a regular basis by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA). This can be found on the NHS BSA Open Data Portal at the following link:

Appeals to the VDPS are lodged directly with and managed by the HM Courts and Tribunals Service, not the NHS BSA. The requested data is therefore not centrally held.
