HMS Albion and HMS Bulwark: Decommissioning

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what discussions he has had with his international counterparts on the sale of (a) HMS Albion and (b) HMS Bulwark; and what the estimated market value of each vessel was at the time of decommissioning.
