To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, whether she plans to remove the Country of Origin principle from Schedule 25 of the Equality Act 2010.

We have no plans at this time to amend this part of the Equality Act 2010. As with all major pieces of legislation, the Equality Act 2010 is constantly kept under review to ensure that it operates as intended in a changing and evolving social and economic environment.
