Alcoholic Drinks: VAT

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will reduce the rate of VAT on (a) alcohol sold in the hospitality sector and (b) alcohol served with a meal in the hospitality sector.
