To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, in reference to Question 27585, on how many occasions, over the most recent available 12-month period, the recorded religion of a prisoner has been changed or added in Prison-NOMIS for any reason, broken down by religion pair and establishment.

To provide accurate data in response to this request, it would be necessary to undertake an extensive verification exercise, which could not be done without incurring disproportionate cost.
