Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what progress he has made on deep maintenance and corrosion inspection of the F-35 fleet.

The UK is following the F-35 Joint Program Office-directed maintenance policy for corrosion inspection. All aircraft types undertake corrosion inspection and maintenance throughout their life. This activity is well under way on the UK F-35 fleet and will be ongoing through the life of the platform.
