To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many foundation apprenticeships have expanded into the hospitality sector in the first three months since it's introduction in April 2026.

The catering and hospitality foundation apprenticeship was introduced in April 2026.

The latest published apprenticeships data for the 2025/26 academic year, which includes foundation apprenticeship starts and covers August 2025 to April 2026, and can be found here: Release home - Apprenticeships - Explore education statistics - GOV.UK.

Starts covering May to July 2026 will be first published in the Apprenticeships: November 2026 statistics publication.
