To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many apprenticeships were created, by region, in the (a) 2017-18, (b) 2018-19 and (c) 2019–20 academic years.

The information requested for full year regional breakdown of apprenticeship starts for the academic years 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 is published in the ‘Apprenticeships and traineeship’ statistical publication.
