Sheltered Housing: Older People

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will make an assessment of the potential merits of introducing new forms of tenure for older people in specialist housing-with-care settings.

The Government currently does not have any plans to introduce other forms of tenure.
