To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many grants awarded through the Utilisation and Modernisation Fund in financial year 2025-26 have supported schemes aimed at improving the environmental sustainability of primary care premises, including improvements to lighting, ventilation and heating systems, energy-efficiency measures and other works supporting net zero objectives; and what the total value of those grants was.
