Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, if she will make an assessment of the potential merits of reinstating the Rules Amendment Committee for the Mineworkers Pension Scheme.
This question was answered on 2nd May 2024
The Rules Amendment Committee was disbanded on privatisation and there is no need for it with the current valuation process.
