Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the guidance entitled, Procurement policy note 03/14: measures to promote tax compliance, published on 6 February 2014, how many suppliers were allocated contracts by his Department as a result of complying with (a) one and (b) more than one of the mitigating circumstances after not meeting the tax compliance questions.

I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave her on 26 February 2019, to Question 224371.

Information on whether suppliers were allocated contracts as a result of complying with the mitigating circumstances after not meeting the tax compliance questions is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
