As at 30 June 2023, there were (a) 113 Asscociate Prosecutors and (b) 235 Crown Prosecutors employed by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). In total, there were 3304 people employed by the CPS as proseuctors on 30 June 2023, with 3040 in post for at least 12 months.
