Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what payments to (a) Pinnacle Group, (b) VIVO and (c) Amey have been withheld on performance grounds in the last three years.

The Department has exercised to the fullest extent its contractual rights to withhold fixed and variable profit in respect of the delivery of the contractual performance measures.
