Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what estimate he has made of how many (a) housing association, (b) council and (c) private rental properties had damp and mould in Stockport constituency in the financial year 2022-2023.

The data requested is held by the local authorities in question.

My Rt. Hon. Friend the Secretary of State has written to local authorities regarding damp and mould and other hazards, and a copy of that letter is available online.

The Regulator of Social Housing also published information on damp and mould in social housing, in February 2023.
