Personal Independence Payment Activity 3, managing therapy or monitoring a health condition, does not contain a descriptor that covers the use of aids and appliances for monitoring a health condition. However, an automatic insulin pump could be considered an aid under the descriptor that covers the use of aids and appliances for managing medication.
