Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of ongoing service charges and maintenance fees in age-restricted retirement housing developments after a property becomes vacant on residents and their families; and if he will review protections for leaseholders who incur annual charges while attempting to sell retirement flats.
