Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what information his Department holds on the jurisdictions in which those companies that purchased Carillion's stakes in private finance initiative projects were registered; and if he will make a statement.

HM Treasury and the Infrastructure and Projects Authority publish a range of data on PFI projects including the equity holders for projects where this information has been provided by the procuring authorities.
