Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the procedure is for UK military personnel working on his Department's contracts in Saudi Arabia to report violations of international humanitarian law.
This question was answered on 15th May 2018
Military personnel, wherever they are serving, would be expected to report any concerns about possible violations of international humanitarian law through submissions to their chain of command.
