Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the success rate of HMRC has been in taking action through (a) court proceedings and (b) tax tribunals in each of the last 10 years.

HMRC’s success rates in court proceedings and tax tribunals, for the years for which such information is available, are as follows:
