Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what training is provided to staff of his Department on conducting equality impact assessments.

HMT pays due regard to the equality impacts of its policy decisions, in line with all legal requirements and the Government’s commitment to promoting equality. This includes using internal procedural requirements and support, including through training.
