Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how much money her Department has recovered in financial penalties from (a) Centre for Health and Disability Assessments and (b) Independent Assessment Services under their contracts to provide health assessments for her Department in each of the last five years.
