Veterans UK: Staff

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many staff were working at (a) Veterans UK and (b) its helpline in each year between 2010 and 2021.
Veterans UK is the public facing name given to Veterans Services provided by Defence Business Services (DBS), an enabling organisation of the Ministry of Defence since 2014 and does not exist as an independent entity.
The average Full Time Equivalent (FTE) of DBS staff working on the delivery of Veterans services including the administration of compensation claims, welfare services, pensions, some support to serving personnel and the running of Ilford Park Polish Home since 2016 is detailed in the below table, figures prior to this date are not held:
