All Scots living in the UK should have a vote in an independence referendum

Amend the Scotland Act 1998 to the effect that all people living in the U.K. who could qualify as Scottish (one Scottish grandparent) should have a full and equal vote in any future independence referendum, after having proven their entitlement to vote in such a referendum.

There are 750,000 Scots living outside of Scotland (2011 census figures), and many remain deeply connected to Scotland. We believe it would be anti-democratic for Scotland to be removed from the UK without pro-Union Scots and pro-independence Scots who live outside of Scotland being able to have their say.
