I would just like to ratify and concur with what has been said. The explanatory notes say:

“A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.”

I agree with the wording and the amendments to the wording, so I am happy to support the instrument.
