To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the answer by Baroness Twycross on 13 February (HL Deb col 1358) about the UK–EU relationship, whether they expect to set out their objectives in negotiations with the EU in a Command Paper and, if so, by when.

The Government is focused on using our strengthened relations with the EU to deliver a new strategic partnership to grow the economy, boost living standards, protect our borders and keep the UK safe. These objectives reflect the manifesto commitments the Government was elected on.
