Prohibit disruptive, loud roadworks in residential areas after 6pm

Under current law, roadwork can be conducted at any time of night even in residential areas. Roadworks do not fall under the same laws as construction work. That appears amiss since these laws were put in place to protect the health and well-being of residents.
New legislation from the government has changed the precedent that vehicles over 40 years of age are able to display a black and silver number plate. I want this to be reverted, so any historic vehicle that is tax and mot exempt (over 40 years old) can display the black and silver plates.
Ban horses from roads

Allowing horses on roads used by motor vehicles can be dangerous for motorists, the riders and their horses. The slow speed at which horses move on roads can make it difficult for motorists to react, especially around sharp corners.

Government promised to support new ferry companies in response to Brexit as it’s mainly french ferries that run this service. A national service would promote logistics better and flow through the ports plus creating more jobs
Make the Motorcycle and moped training Module 1 a training course, not a test

The Module 1 motorcycle and moped test requires participants to complete a series of exercises with no more than 5 minor faults. It would be more beneficial for the participant to have a day where they can learn how to complete the exercises properly. This would also make the process less stressful.

I would like UK parliament to look at and Government to Add volunteers and employees to be added to the UK Government's own list of 'jobs that qualify for travel exemptions' as soon as possible to facilitate easing of iNGO travel restrictions.
