Ban horses from roads

Allowing horses on roads used by motor vehicles can be dangerous for motorists, the riders and their horses. The slow speed at which horses move on roads can make it difficult for motorists to react, especially around sharp corners.

We want the Government to ban horses from being ridden on any public roads.

Horses can be startled by motor vehicles, riders to not have to pay road tax or have insurance, horses leave manure on the roads, and they can cause unnecessary traffic jams.
