Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Kamall on 30 March (HL7298), what plans they have to request that the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) carry out an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of further vaccinating 50–64-year-olds in light of the high cases of COVID-19.

The Joint Committee on Vaccine and Immunisation has provided its advice on the cohorts which should be recommended for the flu vaccine in the 2022/23 flu vaccination programme. There are no current plans to carry out a further cost-effectiveness analysis.
