To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Smith of Cluny on 1 October (HL2081) and the Written Answer by Lord Hermer on 14 July (HL1910), whether they will now answer the question put, namely what is the evidential basis for the assertion that X prioritises misinformation.

We refer Lord Jackson of Peterborough to the answer given by the former Attorney (HL1910) on 14 July, which sets out his view on the evidential basis.
