Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government whom they have appointed to carry out the review of the operation of Part 6 of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 in relation to the 2015 general election as provided for in section 39 of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.

The Reviewer will be appointed before the end of January 2015 in accordance with section 39 of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.
