Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact of Principle 4 of NHS England's commercial framework for new medicines upon the availability of commercial flexibilities for multi-indication medicines.

No formal assessment has been made. The next consultation on NHS England’s Commercial Framework, currently planned for 2026/27, will seek views on commercial options including indication-specific pricing.
