We are carefully considering the implications of the 19 October Supreme Court judgment in Johnson. Applications under routes to citizenship identified in the judgment have been put on hold where the good character requirement would be the sole basis for refusal. The Home Office intends to publish information on the Home Office immigration website as soon as possible.
