Landfill Tax: Fraud

Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask His Majesty's Government what steps they intend to take to tackle landfill tax fraud.

The government is committed to considering options to design out incentives to commit tax fraud, including within Landfill Tax, and will provide further updates in due course.
