Financial Institutions: Prosecutions

Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask His Majesty's Government how many people have beenĀ prosecuted under section 36 of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 in each of the years since its inception; and what outcomes were achieved.

The Ministry of Justice Court Proceedings Database has not recorded any prosecutions under section 36 of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 since its introduction.
